It is because of the outbreak of the deadly virus called Coronavirus. This is no longer a national crisis, it is now a global crisis – the world is affected generally. Other virus infections existed before COVID-19 such as SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome), and Ebola just to name a few, and currently the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak that has claimed over 220,000 lives worldwide.

However this outbreak has hindered the physical one-on-one contact between business owners and their customers, thereby causing a bridge in communication. In the light of activities, the outbreak of coronavirus paved the way for think tanks to develop technological tools and gadgets for the benefit of business owners such as adavnaced usage of drones and robots.
